Ordering
Yes! We import all products directly from South-Korea. You can find the official KOMCA sticker on the back of the albums.
Of course! We offer selectable versions as much as possible. If your version is in stock, you can select it on the product page.
Yes! Every album you buy counts towards the HANTEO and GAON/CIRCLE charts. This means you support your favourite artist with your purchase!

You can put your request in the order note. Please note that it can take a day longer to ship your order. Putting the request in your order note is not a guarantee for a video.

During busy periods like restocks or pre-orders we don't film packing videos.

We try our best to expand our product range.

You can always request an album through our restock survey, we will check what the possibilities are.

Please note: filling in the survey does not guarantee we will be able to stock the album at the first possible restock moment.

Our goal is to keep restocking all albums that are still being made.

Keep in mind that some albums are popular to the point of being sold out within minutes during a restock.

During checkout, enter your gift card code in the 'gift card' section and click 'apply' afterwards.

Your wishlist is saved in your browser memory, not in your account.

That means that whenever you use a different browser or delete your cookies, the products in your wishlist disappear.

Please make sure you don't use an application browser like Tiktok's or Instagram's, but use an official browser like Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox or Opera.
Shipment
Within the Netherlands you don't pay any shipping over €10,-. That means all albums have free shipping.

For shipments to Belgium you only pay €2,49 (€5,99 for orders under €10,-)
PostNL can only help us when the Track&Trace didn't get any updates for 3 business days.

Does your Track&Trace say delivered, but you haven't received your shipment? Please check with the neighbours first and wait a couple of hours. Often times, a package accidentally gets scanned and still gets delivered after a few hours.

In case of busy periods (around holidays) or during extreme weather conditions, your order might take a bit longer than usual. In these cases we reach out to PostNL ourselves and keep you updated through e-mail.
As soon as we print a shipment label you receive a Track & Trace link through which you can track your order.

Order before 16:00 during a weekday = usually delivered the next day. We strive towards a shipping time between 1-3 business days.

These delivery times are indicative only. It can happen that PostNL has delays, this is outside of our power.
We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.
We ship your order directly from our warehouse in Den Bosch, the Netherlands.
Unfortunately this is not possible yet. We're working hard to make this possible in the future.
Pre-orders
A pre-order is an album or other item that has been announced, but hasn't been released yet. You can order this up until a specific date (or until sold out). After release, they will be shipped to us by our partner in South-Korea.
You can recognize Wooksy pre-orders by:

1. The pink pre-order tag on the main product image
2. The pre-order tag on the product page
3. The pre-order delivery indication above the 'add to cart' button
4. The delivery field on the product page
5. In your order confirmation e-mail

Since we're still a growing webshop, we can't take part in every pre-order yet.

If your pre-order is not on the website, feel free to contact us. We can check if there are any possibilities.

Pre-orders will (with exception of public holidays) be sent to us from South-Korea on the day of, or the day after release. The shipment time from Korea is usually a maximum of 5 business days.

Of course! Please keep in mind that your order will be shipped out as a whole. Do you want to receive the normal item more quickly? Make sure to place two separate orders.
If there are pre-order benefits included with your pre-order, you will find a big circle with 'Weverse POB' or 'Apple Music POB' on the product image. POB stands for pre-order benefit.

Yes! If there are pre-order benefits included with your pre-order, you can always let us know your top 3 favourite members (for free!) by putting them in your order note.

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order as long as we didn't ship it yet. To do this, please send an e-mail to contact@wooksy.nl

In case your pre-order has been shipped, it is counted as a return instead of a cancellation.

Returns or cancellations

Returns are possible within 14 days, as long as the albums are still sealed and undamaged. We ask you to pay for the return label yourself. Make sure to let us know beforehand so we know your return is coming.

Refund Policy

De entertainmentbedrijven geven aan dat de verpakking/hoes van het album is enkel bedoeld voor het beschermen van de inhoud. Wij kunnen daarom helaas niks doen aan vlekjes/vekleuringen/deukjes en dergelijke. Mocht jouw album heel beschadigd zijn door de bezorgdienst, laat het dan aan ons weten.
Jouw aankoop heeft bijgedragen aan het mogelijk maken van de prijsverlagingen. Helaas kunnen we je hier niet in tegemoetkomen.
About Wooksy
We are Kim & Tyler, the founders of Wooksy. We each have around 10 years of experience in business and Korean culture.

We started Wooksy because we think the k-pop community deserves better. Simply by using our experience, we make sure there is great service, fair pricing and efficient business operations.

Through our experience with Korean culture we're building great relationships with our business partners in Korea. This allows us to stock our products efficiently. We pay close attention to the price-quality balance in everything we do. This way our prices are as fair as possible.

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. If an issue arises, we’ll personally work with you to make your experience as positive as possible.

We don't partake in collaborations with influencers. We'd rather spend this budget to offer our customers the best experience.

Unfortunately we don't have physical stores yet. You can find us at events however. Keep an eye on our socials to know when our next event is!

Wooksy uses the well-protected Shopify system. We will also never share your e-mail and order details with third parties like Trustpilot. Wooksy will never ask you for any financial- or other sensitive information.

Wherever possible, we pick the greenest solution.

Our tape is made from 100% recyclable kraft paper that uses natural rubbers as an adhesive.

Our packing nuggets are made from 100% compostable material, so you can throw these out in the compost bin.

We also try to buy the right size boxes as much as we can, for a minimal footprint while still keeping your items safe.

And of course, we use BPA-free shipment labels.
