We operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For sealed music albums, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply once the seal has been broken after delivery. This is because the albums contain an audio recording (CD). If the seal has been broken, we will assess return requests on a case-by-case basis.

The costs and risk of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend sending the package with track & trace.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards cannot be returned.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period within the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving a reason. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
